Shipping
Actual shipping date is dependent on extreme weather conditions. We can ship to most states (excluding the following: AL, AR, CT, DE, KY, MS, NJ, RI, SD, and UT). Standard Ground rates apply. Delivery requires the signature of an adult, 21 years of age or older.
Terms & Conditions
Your credit card will be automatically billed prior to the shipment. Alta Cellars is not and will not be responsible for any non-sufficient fund charges to your account.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. White Label Club benefits are available on all white label reds, whites, and rosé.
If you have selected to pick up from the Tasting Room, allocations will be held for 60 days once released -after that we will ship the wine to you at your expense.
Members must keep an updated and active card on file. Once reasonable communication efforts have been made in an attempt to obtain a current card, your membership will be cancelled.
While we ask for a year commitment, a membership can be canceled after taking three allocations. Cancellations made before that are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes to club memberships must be received in writing or via email at least 30 days prior to shipment date (wineclub@altacellars.com). Your membership will continue until we hear from you. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
